PMSM Servo Extruder

The P2S features a PMSM servo extruder capable of delivering up to 8.5kg of maximum extrusion force. The system continuously monitors extrusion resistance and position to help detect filament grinding and clogs during printing.

Automatic Flow Dynamics Calibration

A high-resolution eddy current sensor measures nozzle pressure while intelligent calibration adjusts filament flow. This helps maintain more consistent extrusion throughout layers, corners, and detailed sections of a print.

Adaptive Airflow System

The P2S uses an Adaptive Airflow System to better manage the environment inside its enclosed chamber. The system can draw cooler outside air into the chamber when additional part cooling is needed or retain heat when printing materials that benefit from warmer conditions.

AI-Powered Error Detection

Advanced computer vision helps identify common printing problems including spaghetti, nozzle blobs, and air printing. The system can also check the installed build plate and nozzle type against the selected printing settings before a project begins.
