The A1 features an all-metal hotend that reaches temperatures up to 300°C. A 0.4mm nozzle comes standard, while optional 0.2mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm nozzle sizes provide additional flexibility for detailed or higher-flow printing. For increased wear resistance with compatible materials, the Bambu A1 / A1 Mini / A2L Hotend 0.4mm Hardened Steel is a compatible hotend option.

PLA, PETG, TPU & PVA Compatibility

Bambu Lab lists PLA, PETG, TPU, and PVA as ideal filament materials for the A1. This makes the printer suitable for everyday models, functional parts, flexible projects, prototypes, decorations, and support-material applications.
